I don't know how my bf and I started to date. We became friends on a blog website (not this one) one day. We wrote comments on each other's blogs, talked a few times over private messages, then soon we were chatting on IM.

We became good friends. Slowly we started to flirt and really look forward to the little awkward, nervous chats we had.

Then we realised how much we love each other...

I heard a lot of people say that online dating is completely different to dating "in real life". But I honestly don't understand the differences.

Sure we've never met, but the emotions we go through are all the same as those who date offline.

Although, my bf and I have never had a fight. We actually communicate with each other.

We don't need the physical relationship.

I sometimes think that dating him online is far better than finding myself in my own country.
